Moon Drowning Into The Sea

Concept Note: “I’m wondered by the crescent moon ,that how it comes at night and stare, its half by shadow of the earth and half the shining it couldn’t bare,

I’m wondered by the crescent moon, by half a light it does our care,
spreading itself into air,

I’m wondered by the crescent moon, that it do not other things to care,
hanging on it just stares,

it watches us with half a light and crescent moon is lovely sight,
no matter it is half a light ,
i’m wondered by the crescent moon,
it keeps me awake all night ,
it promise me to meet again,
when all the dark will roll in chain.”

K A A L R A T R I

Concept: Created on a sacred new moon night during Kaali puja, devoted to the powerful Indian Goddess of time, death, and destruction, Goddess Kali.

This artwork symbolises energy shifts through festivals, lunar phases, and divine light, celebrating the collective consciousness. The dancing figure of Goddess Kali, adorned with a Hibiscus flower, exudes reverence and devotion. The Moon’s shifting phases, a testament to the Goddess’s control over time, gracefully flow within the canvas. A burning flame illuminates the divine light, while the zodiac constellation of Scorpio aligns with a moving circular oracle.

Luna

Concept: The moon’s soft elegance deceives us into perceiving her as a simple beauty in the sky. However, she remains an enigma, concealing countless mysteries behind the borrowed light from the sun. Like a magical creature, the moon’s secrets are yet to be unveiled from the veils of fog. This artwork portrays my perception of the moon, a mysterious companion on our journey through her enchanting realm.
