This Rakshabandhan, we’re celebrating siblings who do more than share a past. They build futures together. These dynamic duos transform childhood memories, inside jokes, and an unspoken language into some of India’s most talked-about ventures. It’s a blend of quiet strength, fierce collaboration, and the kind of late-night inspiration only family can spark. These siblings aren’t just keeping it in the family, they’re building empires with it.
Dipika Panjabi, Founder & Partner | Divya Parekh, Partner
Who’s more comfortable in front of the camera?
Dipika: Divya, hands down. I’ve always been behind the scenes.
Most memorable pitch together?
Dipika: Our first LFW and the Dove campaign, both equal parts magic and madness.
Who sneaks in coffee breaks?
Dipika: Me. Non-negotiable.
Sibling dynamic in three words:
Balance. Banter. Brilliance.
One thing you’ve learned about each other:
Dipika: If it wasn’t for Divya and my partner Ektaa, DIPR wouldn’t be standing strong after 12 years. We balance each other out. She fills in my gaps, and I do the same for her.
Divya: She’s the backbone. Her calm is our anchor. I’ve learnt that strength can be quiet, and consistency builds empires.

Rakshay Dhariwal & Radhika Dhariwal, C0-founders
Best part of working together?
Radhika: Unspoken trust. We know each other’s strengths and blind spots, which makes decision-making instinctive.
Work habit that drives you mad?
Rakshay: She overthinks everything. Even the psychology behind a cocktail name. Sometimes you just need to serve the drink.
Who fires off 2AM ideas?
Radhika: 100% Rakshay. Always starting with “just hear me out…”
Sibling dynamic in three words:
Honest. Playful. Complementary.
One thing you’ve learned about each other:
Rakshay: Radhika has a rare understanding of people and storytelling; it’s shaped our brands.
Radhika: Rakshay’s fearless. His belief in people and ideas has pushed all of us to take bigger risks.

Mohit & Ashutosh Goyal, Directors
Best thing about building a hotel brand together?
Mohit: The trust and alignment that come from growing up together. Our strengths balance. I focus on how a guest feels in a space, he refines every operational detail.
What surprises you about your sibling?
Ashutosh: Mohit can visualise a property years before it’s built, and it turns out exactly how he imagined.
Sibling dynamic in three words:
Strategic. Collaborative. Forward-thinking.
One thing you’ve learned about each other:
Mohit: His creativity and big-picture vision elevate everything we do.
Ashutosh: His discipline and structure are as vital as vision, they turn ideas into reality.

Chef Afshaa & Nousheen Rajkotwala, C0-founders
Earliest memory of Pomodoro?
Nousheen: It feels like we were working on it before it even existed. Years of talking about creating a space for Afshaa’s culinary dreams, late-night room chats, endless reference-hunting, and collaborative Instagram folders.
Who’s more exacting about plating?
Nousheen: The Virgo chef, of course. She won’t let a dish leave until it’s perfect, even if it means adjusting a microgreen after a 12-hour shift.
What secretly impresses you about your sibling?
Afshaa: Nousheen says what’s on her mind. Always. It keeps us aligned and cuts through the chaos. She’s also brilliant with guest relations.
Sibling dynamic in three words:
Creative. Candid. Chaotic.
One thing you’ve learned about each other:
Nousheen: That Afshaa can do it all: run a kitchen, lead a team, make it look effortless.
Afshaa: Our passion for Pomodoro is unwavering. Also, her organisational skills are next level.
