Dining here is a mood. Cocktails (try the picante) and warm olives at Eau Bar feel like the perfect prelude to a late night. Dinner at Vetro delivers Italian/European indulgence, while the Chilean sea bass at Fenix makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city. Even in-room dining feels special when the table is set right by your window, the sea stretching out in front of you. Breakfast at Fenix is generous yet personal. The staff remembers what you like, and you’re never waiting too long for a refill of coffee.

The pool is perfect; temperature-controlled, shallow enough for lazy floats, with fresh watermelon juice waiting when you arrive. Sunrise yoga at 7 a.m. by the pool is a gift for early risers. The spa is tough to book, so definitely plan ahead. Retail therapy is just downstairs at Tijori, with Gem Palace jewelry, Injiri clothing, and souvenirs curated from across India.
