Being a creative is an incredible journey, but as right-brain thinkers, we tend to feel everything deeply—success, failure, and everything in between. Navigating these emotions can often be overwhelming, especially when they hit all at once. From the highs and lows of rejection and success to self-doubt and creative blocks—how do you handle it?
Thankfully, we have tools to help us figure it out. We can turn to a plethora of resources available to us—podcasts like The Tim Ferriss Show, where you learn about the triumphs and failures of famous people, and most importantly, how they hack it; fashion documentaries and films that reveal even Raf Simons experienced burnout during his time at Dior; and sports, such as India’s long-deserved T20 World Cup victory or the Wimbledon finals between Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz. There are lessons and knowledge in all of these, and they can offer glimmers of hope.
But what I find most interesting are books—they break down complex ideas and allow you to absorb them at your own pace. Here’s our list of books every creative entrepreneur should read.
