cM Review: Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport

If you’re craving a getaway but can’t make it out of the city, a staycation at the Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport might just be the perfect escape. Typically, airport hotels are my go-to for flight delays or quick layovers, but staying here for a staycation feels like a whole new vibe. It’s closer than a weekend in Pune, yet it somehow gives you that out-of-town feeling. Whether you need to be near the airport or just want a change of scenery, the Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport is the perfect pick.

Check in: 9/10

Check-in is technically at 3 PM, but we rolled up at around 2 PM—fashionably early, of course. The room wasn’t quite ready, but the super-friendly receptionist had the perfect solution: a quick bite at Fiona, the hotel’s all-day dining spot. Crisis averted!

Rooms: 10/10

Let me just say, the Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport suite did not disappoint. I’m a bit of a suite connoisseur—haven’t met one I didn’t like—but this one? Absolute joy. Picture this: a spacious living room with a TV, mini bar, and a Nespresso coffee machine (who can survive without good coffee?). There’s a walk-in closet with enough luggage space to comfortably fit two suitcases (a non-negotiable for any decent hotel room, let’s be real). The bathroom is a dream—two wash basins, a roomy shower cubicle, and a bath tub that just begs you to soak away the stress. The bedroom? Another TV (yes, please), a chic marble desk, and those glorious ceiling-to-floor windows that flood the room with just the right amount of sunlight. Honestly, what’s not to love?

Dining: 8/10

Fiona, the all-day dining restaurant, serves up a variety of cuisines, but the real MVP? The chaat. From sev puri to dahi puri, it was pure street food bliss. On Sunday, the place was buzzing with a special brunch—live singer, canvas painting for those artsy vibes, and an evil eye jewelry counter (because who doesn’t love a little extra good juju?). If you’re in the mood for a drink, Roasters, the lobby lounge, has you covered. I opted for a latte and crème brûlée—absolute heaven! As for in-room dining, the avocado tuna salad and kasundi prawns were total standouts.

Experiences: 9/10

A post-lunch foot massage that almost lulls you to sleep? Yes, please. Alie and Elmi from the spa team know exactly how to work their magic. The outdoor infinity pool is another must—lounging poolside with French fries while watching planes take off from the nearby airport is an oddly satisfying experience. For those who need to get in their daily steps or a quick bicep curl, the gym has you covered.

Check out: 10/10

Effortless and smooth—just the way it should be!

Conclusion: Would I stay here again? Indeed.
