Tucked away in South Goa, Juju offers a fresh, contemporary take on traditional Indian cuisine. Designed by Samiir Wheaton, a graduate of the National Institute of Design, the restaurant’s warm, welcoming interiors are the perfect backdrop for its innovative menu. The sibling duo behind Juju, Raghav and Bhavna Bahl, also the creators of Beleza by The Beach, have brought their vision of “reimagined Indian” cuisine to life. Juju blends the rich flavors of India with international flair, creating dishes that are as memorable as they are delicious.
“At Juju, we aim to provide more than just a meal—we want to create a magical experience that guests will remember long after they’ve left,” says Raghav Bahl. “From our innovative menu to our sustainable practices, every detail celebrates India’s culinary heritage in a modern, eco-friendly way.”
Chef Abhijit Khandual’s menu is rooted in nostalgia with a twist. Imagine butter chicken infused with smoked bell peppers, alongside vibrant vegetarian options like malai broccoli and truffle mushroom galouti. For non-vegetarians, dishes like Duck Kurchan Bondas, Chicken Tenders Travencore, and Pandi Pork Chops are just a few tempting choices.
From October 10th to 15th, Juju is hosting a Bengal-inspired pop-up event, showcasing regional flavors with Chef Abhijit’s signature touch. Expect dishes like Kosha Mangsho, bhetki fish fry, and the irresistible bhapa doi.
